Xbox Internet?

My internet on my xbox shows full bars but when I try to play games online I lag periodically sometimes causing me to be removed, I use wireless internet connection. I have xfinity internet 20-25 mbps and the router is in the a room right next to mine. I have now internet problems on my pc which never has a bad connection and always downloads at 25 mb and its in the same room as the xbox. Is there any way to fix this?
The game I can never finish online is madden if that helps.

Sometimes other peoples connections can make you lag out of games. I have perfect connection with no problems and sometimes, other peoples connections will screw up mine and cause everyone to time out.
