NO. Google is constantly changing its algorithm to detect rubbish. Basically Google wants to find search results that are truly the best results. Any tricks or shortcuts that are used by a website to increase its search positioning are gradually being nullified. The only way to get good positioning is by legitimate means. Good coding, good SE optimisation, good content. If you search for something on Google what would you prefer to find? The proper answer or rubbish (including links to other rubbish sites)?
