I have a Facebook Page (for business), and want to see when someone posts about the page. How?

I have set up a Facebook Page for my business, and would like to use it for promotional reasons. I will encourage people who use the services of my business to "like" our business on Facebook, and will be able to build a sizablecommunity of followers.
I would like to do some marketing on Facebook, with random drawings for merchandise or fee waivers. What is the best way to do such marketing?
I'd like to have people post something on their wall, and use the @ tag to metion our business. They could post something like "I love this business @MyBusiness", and the @ tag would provide a link to my page. How can I see who has made a post like this so I can reward them?
