MY LAPTOP doesn't shut down?
,i try it to shut down but it doesnt do nothing , i can open google chrome but i cant do anything in desktop and some minutes ago i can click to start now i open it but i cant click ... mouse is only loading .....

Have you tried forcing shut down by removing the battery?Try it.I cannot help anymore than that unless you provide more information.

Press the power button and hold it until it shuts off.
