I cannot post on instagram. Help!?

It says, "Failed" when I post it. I refresh it and it still won't post.
I already restarted my phone.
I changed locations in my house when posting it
WiFi is up and running
Caption is not too long and there's no hashtags
So whats the problem?

Could there be a server issue on Instagram that is causing this if so try checking downrightnow.com or downorisitjustme.com to be sure Instagram is working.
