Can you run a promotion on your webpage where entrants must like your Facebook page to enter?

I don't want to break any rules,
the idea is that they leave a comment on the webpage with their Facebook name but they must like the page in order to enter.

Everyone I know who does this, just draw the winner from their web page by itself, then check that that person has liked the facebook page. Pretty sure there isn't any way to automatically verify it (it shouldn't be too much work for you if you're only drawing 1 winner anyway).

You can run it through Facebook using Like-Gating but I would not recommend doing it on your own website.
