Outlook 2007 won't recieve my Outlook emails?

I have an outlook.com email address, which I set up in Outlook 2007 using Microsoft's instructions. For some reason, I can send e-mails, but not receive them. Anyone know what's wrong?

Worth checking the port on the incoming settings.
