I can't send a private message to ask her to do that
Is there a way to send a private message to her or hacked account to do that then just returned to her
Please help meeee Sad(((

Just go to the person's account and click the follow button. When they follow you back (this will appear in your notifications) then you can DM (Direct Message / private message) her.
