No, don't worry. Facebook does not yet expose you for stalking people. One day, however, I'm sure they will.

Facebook will never give any indication of your viewing activity as it would make people feel less safe to be on FB and force them to delete their accounts causing FB to lose money.

Nope Facebook Does Not Tell Anyone Who Views Whos Profile Any Apps That Claim That They Can Find This Out are Fake and Dont Work And Used Towards Spam
