Where can I rent a internet connection and space in a data center?

I have the hardware for a server but I just need a better internet connection, but I can't get any better internet where I live. Anywhere I can do this?
If you're going to answer name off some websites or explain what to look for not "at internet office".

You don't say where you live, but there are any number of firms which provide this service; just Google "virtual server hosting". It's expensive, though, and it won't speed up your internet connection.
