Yes, you can get paid or make money blogging via the following ways.

1) Sign up with affiliate programs. How this work is that you sign up under a program and they will provide a customized link for you. You can use that link as a hyperlink and whenever a reader clicks on that link to your affiliate's website and buy something. They will give you a certain % of commission based on the item.

2) Google Adsense. With Google Adsense you will have advertisements people placed with Google on your website, and whenever someone clicks on that ad, you will get a small commission.

3) Help sell product. Once again, work with a program or company and help upsell their products on your blog. Either by a review on product, a blog promoting that product, or a blog mentioning the product. If people purchase it via your blog, you get commission on the product sold.

But first you will need to provide informative content for readers and get a lot of traffic. Why? Without informative and good content, people don't tend to visit your blog or revisit your blog.
