People with iPhone 4 or iPhone 4s?

I'm getting a new phone and it's between iPhone 4 or the Lg optimus regard.. I wanna know is the iPhone 4 still good in July of 2013, does it still have facetime, the latest instagram, and emoji? I don't have enough money for the 4s or 5 so its either the iPhone 4 or the lg optimus regard, also known as the lg motion fir metron pcs. Please answer. I really want the iPhone by the way.

iPhone 4 has all them apps including FaceTime , you can get a good deal on giffgaff, £10 a month sim and you get 500 mins , unlimited texts, 1 gb Internet. Hope it helps ,also look at the nexus 4 great phone

The IPhone 4 is not obsolete. You can download pretty much every app that you would be able to download onto the 4s. That means Facebook, Instagram, Emoji, Twitter, and a ton more!
