If you can access your e-mail account that you used to make your Facebook, you can follow the following steps to get access to your account:

To change your password:

1.Go to: http://www.facebook.com/
2.Under the Password log, click Forgot your Password?
3.Enter your email and you'll be sent a verification e-mail.
4.Go to your email and click on the e-mail and click the verification link.
5.You'll be sent to a page to change your password.

What might have also happened is that Facebook developers are fixing your account, so you can't log in. Just wait a while and try to log in again. Make sure you're inputting the right e-mail and password.
