How do I start a dating site business?

Can anyone tell me how to start a dating site business and what's involved? Any advice would be appreciated.

On yahoo answers it's hard to get it down.

Basically, you'll need to build a membership data base for members to access a personalised section of the site (profile, images etc) and if the user is doing the searching for another person themselves then you'll need to add a search that will query the database of members to produce results.

You'll also need to:
Market the site (to compete with the big companies)
Have good SEO on your site
Presumably it's not going to be free for users so you'd have to setup a checkout for people to purchase the subscription.

And finally, make the design attractive, simple and user friendly to keep the customers coming back to your site after they've got there.
