so a few years back i met this girl who i developed a huge crush for..and last week a miracle happeend where she popped up under the people you may know section on facebook...now i didnt add her or send her a message but she is freinds with some of my older sisters friends..so i didnt want to do this but it was my only option..i sent a message two one of my sisters good freinds to ask her if she could set me up...was this wrong?? in the message i told her if she could me out awesome if not i totally understand no worries..the first message i sent her was saying his whats up how r ya and that i had a question for her...she responded a few hours later with sure whats up whats ur question?? i tolder her about the girl i liked and if she could help get set up with her...she seen the message but has not responded?? was this a bad idea and do u think she will not respond?? i had nothing to lose really i had to do it what do u think?

Hmmm that's a stick situation.... In a way it's a good thing cause you were kinda putting your self out there but a bad thing cause your sisters friend might feel really awkward about this just cause your her best friends younger brother! She might not respond just cause you put her in an awkward situation and that's what us girls do when you are in a situation we aren't comfortable with! We kinda shut down stop the conversation or Change the subject... Why not ask you sister if her friend brought anything up about that? Or better yet add the girl you like on Facebook since she came up under people you may know it's not creepy! It's not like you were looking her up or anything... Good luck! I think you're overreacting. what you did was fine. you just asked an acquaintance to help you out. why she's not messaging you back, I can't say. But don't worry about it. like you said, you have nothing to lose anyway. if this girl makes a big deal out of this message, that's kind of pathetic really. you only asked a question. But like kk said, it might just be awkward for your sister's friend, because you're the little brother. But really that shouldn't be enough to get worried over. You're making an attempt to see this girl you like, so props to you bud.
