How do you upload videos to Instagram?

When I say "how do you upload videos to Instagram" I don't mean making videos straight from instagram or putting videos from your camera roll. What I mean is how to upload videos of other things. Like some people post videos of shows, music videos, music, movies, etc. That's what I want to know, how do people do it?
