If I Try Folllowing somone on twitter and itt said problems following this user does that means they blocked?
If I try Following someone on twitter and it said problems following this user does that means they blocked me or does it means its somthing wrong with my twitter account or somthing wrong with there twitter account

they have probably blocked everyone not in their list of contacts, or may have singled you out
