Also my computers acting slow. What program is it talking about? Windows doesn't recognize what program it is and doesn't say what it is it just links me to amazon and software sales. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You might need to install Flash Player, or just use google Chrome(It has Flash preinstalled)
Not sure about your PC, maybe you don't have enought Memory, try opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete), see what process uses too much CPU and close it (as long as it's not important), If you're using Windows XP I would suggest turning Automatic Updates off, and installing them manually from time to time.
Hope this helps.
