Depends what you want to use it for, but for general internet browsing (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc) it's fine.

Most find 11" too small for long-time sessions, though it's fine for incidental use of internet browsing, e-mailing, text processing (like writing a letter or taking notes in classes). If you have a larger computer like a desktop at home, an 11" laptop will generally be great on the move as they are very light and power efficient (generally speaking).

11 inch laptops are mainly business laptops. If you are a business person and you travel a lot then it is best for you, otherwise i won't go for a 11 inch laptop !!
