BIT TORRENT SUDDENLY NOT DOWNLOADING?

i work in this company where we have access to HIGH SPEED virtual private network .i had everything working good from yahoo msnger to bit torrent downloads till last few days.
bit torrent aint even downloading files with like 4000 seeders .yahoo msngr aint loggin in .sounds like the whole things jammed up.my internet download manager downloads at hgh speed but this bittorrent is like on and off .
i popped off this firewall thing yet bit torrent aint even downloadin at 1kb/sec .

i had a similar problem with my torrent ....fixed it by following the steps here>>>> http://youtu.be/WmGW01ngBbs .. mostly just optimised settings..
