Why videos keep freezing?

Why videos keep freezing?
When i try to watch videos the picture keeps freezing but the audio keeps playing. The videos are NOT buffering. It happens to videos on every site i use not just YouTube.
Please help!

What are the specs on your computer? Sounds like your video card is not able to keep up with the amount of video data.

Did this just start happening, or has this always been a problem?
