Who knows. My guess is that they are based in China due to being non operational over Chinese New Year. There are no contact details. Steer clear.

Whole industries are opening branches in China now, that the global crisis spreaded around the world.
This means that no body is spending money anymore like 5 years ago and more over do high prices aquisitions. Because of stock products remained unselled, all activities are making discounts, just to gather their invested money as much as they can, meaning once a product's price was high and now is lower in minimum and the quality too. As for this web site, Check online to be sure so to be not a victim of any online scams.

I don't know that specific site, but as a general rule, every ecommerce .co.uk site based in the UK is required BY LAW to have a registered business address, contact phone number and Companies House or VAT ID number either on their homepage or their Contacts page. Do you find this information? If not, then don't even take a chance. If a site is already breaking the law by failing to provide the most basic information required for every commercial site, then you can't trust that anything else is legit

Also, are there any logos on the site for companies like Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, McAfee, etc? Can you click on these links and go directly to those companies' home pages? if not, again it's illegal. A site CANNOT use a logo of another company unless it's a live link that links to that company's website. If it's a dead link, the site is again breaking the law

And look at the prices. If it's too good to be true, then they are going to be counterfeit 99% of the tiem and what you get will not look anything like the photos. That's if you get anything at all. If they are coming from China, there is a 50% chance they are counterfeit meaning they will be confiscated and destroyed by Customs upon arrival in the country, and you can be fined up to £10,000 for each counterfeit item you attempt to import

Well it is supposed to be a site in Wrexham, not China, but the people who have used it rate it as "very unsafe";

Minimal information about the domain and no phone number;

Up to you mate, regards, Bob.
