How do you talk to the girl you like?

I liked this girl ever since grade 9 but I never had the courage to talk to her because I don't want to seem awkward or creepy. I'm in grade 11 now and I'm a bit of a shy guy but I have many friends its just that I get all nervous and scared when trying to approach the girl I like. I have many hobbies and interests and I love to meet new people its just that I don't want to seem creepy or scare them away. I know as the guy I have to make the first move but I don't know what to say. I only see this girl at the end of the day and sometimes at lunch. we have no classes together and I barley know her. She some times likes my pictures on instagram so I guess she knows me but we never say hi in the hallways. Is there any way I can make this girl like me?

Your nervousness is what will make a meeting seem awkward or creepy - the act of actually talking to her is not creepy. Stop putting pressure on yourself and thinking it's going to come across bad. If you approach her right, it could be really good!
For example, if you see her at the end of the day and she's alone hanging out, you could go up to her and say "You know, I've seen you around for 3 years and I can't believe we've never met" or "We've been instagram buddies for so long now, I think it's time we actually speak to each other"
The good part is she knows who you are/seen you around and therefore you saying hi or talking to her is not strange.
If you don't want to have a conversation with her right away, just say hi when you see her!
