I got sent to an "FBI" website that accused me of watching child porn?
Well today I was casually looking for some porn on the large porntube and when I clicked on one of the videos, the websites switched around for a second then next thing I know, I'm on some freaking FBI federal site saying "all actions on this pc are fixed" and "all your files are encrypted" and what not. Now I looked it up and all I found was some news on this scam going around with the same type issues asking people for 300 dollars and stuff. But the thing is, mine looked different and I don't think it was asking for money and I also started feeling sick to my stomach when I tried to exit it and it said stuff like they are audio and video recording me and stuff and I certainly wasn't looking at anything illegal. I would appreciate it if someone told me what that was, or if I should be worried about a virus. Here's the link by the way. vzdrfx.bayandriverluxuryproperties.com Some help would be GREATLY appreciated!

If it's FBI the site would end in fbi.gov. Clearly a scam.

Sounds like a scam.
I knew a guy that got caught watching child porn , the FBI and local police raided his house and hauled him off to jail. They don't give you any warning nor do they ask for any cash.

Dude lay off the child porn.

It's scareware. Some programmer has a sick sense of humor. You should run a maleware or virus scan just to be sure they didn't drop something on you that you weren't aware you were clicking while exiting. Noone in their right mind is going to click on the link you provided to investigate putting themselves at risk as well.

You should add better internet security protection if you're going to be viewing disreputable porn sites (ironic I know). An Adblocker, Lavasoft (Ad aware), MaleWare Bytes, or a decent pop-up blocker should give you added protection.

You may want to take this as a sign to that you're being a little wreckless with your internet use. If the link or site looks suspect then don't click it. Taking a girl out on an inexpensive date is cheaper than getting someone to repair your machine. just a thought Smile

This is a scam. You need to install no script and ad block on your browser. If the scam site pops up with the broken java script that wont let you navigate away, you can click on the no script Icon and then add the site to adblock.
