Why can't I find someone on Facebook?

My friend met this girl at a college induction day and she told him to add her on Facebook.

We searched her name on Facebook, looked through every single person and couldn't find her. She said she was wearing a 5SOS shirt and there was absolutely nobody with a 5SOS shirt.

I've ploughed through people with variations of her name as well and to no avail.

We know she wasn't lying about her name because she had a name-tag it on it.

Why can't we find her & what can we do?

If you Cant Find Her By Name See if you Can Get Her Email Try Searching Based on That

Its Also Possible She May Have The Account Registered Under a Different Name Ask If Its Under a Different Name

I'd suggest you to try the site listed below, it's free special Facebook, Twitter, Google+...etc Search by keywords and doesn't require logging in. You can use any info, not only Name: Location, Interests, etc.
