How do I open Safari settings?

How do I open Safari settings?
I've recently just switched from windows, and got myself a Mac. I am on Safari but I can't find anywhere that allows me to open Safari options. Can someone help me navigate it please?

Once Safari is opened at the top left next to the apple icon press Safari and go to settings. In their will be all the preferences you need. I highly recommend installing Google Chrome. Safari is not that great of a browser and is quite slow.
