Will a carrier will be a good set as an SEO and SEM Employee?

As an Experience employee as SEO Analyst and SEM expert in webmaster i am unable to decide will my carrier will be all good further in terms of salary, knowledge hikes etc., Please suggest me a better place to set my carrier with a good amount of salary and everything needed to set a carrier in this domain of work.

SEO and SEM is good now and will be good in the future also, Learn new things and read new updates from Google.
Most of the people thinks SEO is very simple job like copy&paste, If you learn in that way, its no use for you.
SEO will be good in the future also. Must write your own content for your website blogs, Must check the latest updates everyday and follow the Google guide lines while you work on ON-PAGE and OFF-PAGE.
