If you use someones email to sign up for a website, can they track you?

I signed this one person up for websites as a prank (Like those virtual worlds and dating sites)... They have no idea who did it. Can they track where i entered their email? I mean i doubt they would do that bc I think they thought it was funny. (I dont actually know this person personally..) Anyways... can they find me? I used incognito windows lmao ahah

They could track the IP address if needed. Incognito doesn't matter. But for something like that, it's probably not worth their time.

Oh the guilt trip is the funniest, but no, I mean unless they really wanted to they could try looking for a last known I.P address but if its like you say and they don't care they might not try and look for the I.P address. So yeah you're good
