No audio on Netflix (firefox)?
I just switched from Chrome to Firefox a few days ago and so far it's been great, except for one problem with netflix

I can play audio on every other website (youtube, soundcloud, etc.) but not on netflix, even though the video plays fine.

I checked the volume mixer thinking that the volume must have been turned down for it, but these are the only things I see when netflix is playing:

Obviously nothing there is muted. The odd thing is, when the shows are playing the green bar under the volume slider for firefox moves as if there's actually sound, but I can't hear anything (no, this isn't a case of me not having my headphones unplugged lol).

Does anyone have any ideas of what I should try?
I've tried both of those and unfortunately they didn't fix it, thanks anyway though!

This happened to me A LOT! If you want to fix it, it depends what kind of operating system you have.
If you have Windows: Enable Loudness Equalization: (Windows Vista, 7, and 8 only)

Click on the Start button.
Select Control Panel.
Click Sound.
If you do not see Sound, click Hardware and Sound, then click Sound.
On the Playback tab, click the Default Device (indicated by a green circle with a check mark inside).
Click Properties.
Select the Enhancements tab.
Check the box for Loudness Equalization.
Make sure Disable all sound effects is unchecked.
Click OK to close Speakers Properties, then click OK.
