Is Epic browser's inbuilt anti-virus reliable ?
Epic browser claims to have an inbuilt anti-virus. Is it reliable ? After installing this browser, is it a good policy to uninstall existing ant-virus ? Is this browser faster than Google Chrome ?

The browser is generally slower then chrome with some issues dealing with advanced page content. The inbuilt anti virus is very unreliable and I would not say that it will keep you safe.

Epic browser is Mozilla Based browser... Chrome based browser is faster than mozilla based browser, chrome also uses less ram than mozilla based browser...
Browser based antivirus doesn't protect your system, but is only limited to browser. Donot uninstall your existing antivirus.... I Prefer (Norton internet Security 2014) than any other antivirus because - faster than other antivirus -use less ram -removes any virus from the system before it gets infected Choice is your's. Try its trial version (30Days version) and feel the difference... use norton trial reset to extend its trial period to 180 days (6months) free of cost Norton internet Security Trial: http://in.norton.com/downloads-trial-nor...t-security Hope this helps, Please rate this answer if this helps you |
