How to add my Google Toolbar to the new Google Chrome?
Hi,

I've just installed Google Chrome ( http://www.google.com/chrome ).
I cannot find a way to add my Google Toolbar to this browser! (that's not funny!)
And, also to add other toolbars...

Someone has a clue??

Thanks!
What's useful from the Google Toolbar is not only the "search tool" but also the access to our Google favorites for example, to get the PageRank, to translate a page directly with one click and so on....
So, I really need this tool! I'm wondering how much it will take to get it!

All you have to do is type whatever your looking for into the address bar, just like it is the google search bar.

I haven't found a way to add Google Toolbar or at least the AutoFill that I used almost daily. Searching the "Help" menu on Chrome, offers no response to any query for AutoFill!

The answer is astonishingly simple. The Toolbar for Firefox is attached to the Bookmarks Folder in the Browser. In Firefox, choose to organize your bookmarks, and Export your bookmarks to an html or htm file, and save to a discrete location on your local drive. Then import to your bookmarks.

Close Firefox (important)

Then in Chrome, do the Firefox import thing, and Viola!

I think that exporting Firefox bookmarks and then later importing it in Chrome isn't a solution to the Google Toolbar problem. What we lose is all the add-on buttons provided with Google toolbar. I tried using the option of adding a new button to Chrome, which was the Google Bookmark button. But even that does not function in the way it does in Google toolbar....
Bottom line is, there isn't a way to add Google toolbar to Chrome, at least for now...I am not using it.

See a thing yet!!
Google chrome is in beta!!
Means it is not launched yet, it's just for testing purpose(and believe me no company had ever launched the addons before launching the product)
So wait for it!!
Google will surely add the toolbar to it!!

I'm waiting for it too!!
In the meantime you can use the address bar for searching google, Just type what you wanna search in the address bar and hit the ENTER

And as you said google toolbar has other fuctions also, i'ld say that "wait" till it's out of the beta stage!!

Hope it helps!!!
