The New Samsung laptop details anyone?

Okay so today I got the new Samsung laptop you know the one that have apps as the start page
so my question is, when I go to instagram (the website) or if I go to any website and I want to save a picture onto my picture folder onto my desktop, how do I do that? please help me and let me know as soon as possible thanks so much !
