instagram is messed up please help?

Okay so I downloaded this app called just unfollow so I could unfollow my unfollowers and one minute after its installed I go to instagram and I cant like, follow probably more things everytime I try to like or follow someone another screen came up it was the same instagram format but it was blank so I dont know what the problem is and I want to know if theres a way to fix it I already uninstalled just unfollow.

i think tha unfollow app is really a virus
