Banned from Ebay after only 1 month of Selling?!?
I started selling on eBay actually about 3 weeks ago, and in that three week I sold 16 of my things, and made about $375 dollars. I talked to EVERY one of my buyers extensively. And got all positive feedback. There was one mishap where some left me positive feed back but pressed negative on accident, and more recently someone bought something for $40 but he lived in Hawaii and shipping was going to be $300 so I refunded him. But he left me terrible negative feedback which brought me down to a 92.8% and today I got a message from eBay saying that my
"High Risk Selling Behavior" is like dangerous to eBay and that I'm permanently banned from Selling on eBay. Wtf? Ads |

What items have you sold?
Have you checked into any appeals process eBay might have? Ads |

One negative feedback does not drop your rating as low as 92.8 so there had to be another problem which lowered your rating. You were a new seller and there is probably a limit to how much you can sell. Did you read the Ebay policy and rules before starting? As the other poster said, you should inquire about the appeal that decision. I am curious to know what cost $300 to ship? What were you selling? Maybe they were prohibited items. Had you paid your seller fees up to date?

Possibly an automated e-mail/bot?
I would contact eBay seller support, see what they say. |
