Have I set up meta tags and keywords correctly?

Hi guys,

My website http://www.maplewoodapartments.co.uk is top of the list on google when typing in "Maplewood Apartments". I've set up keywords but even when I type in my exact 6 keywords, I can't find myself on google at all.

Have I incorrectly set up the meta tags? I haven't yet submitted a site map, will this make a massive difference?!

You are wrong you must have a more back links for get result for example :
My website : get rank on first page for dofollow backlinks, but my site keywords is seo, backlinks, dofollow backlinks, internet marketing, only one keyword have a higher rank ( dofollow backlinks )
But for keyword( seo ) my rank on page 40 on google, because i need some backlinks with keyword seo, you must start working with another 5 keywords to get ranking high in Google.
