[YOUTUBE ] POP up window whenever try to comment or like a youtube comment?

I'm using google chrome currently. I block pop up in google chrome. This only started a week ago? I can't comment or like other comment on youtube whenever I do that it pops out a window something like 'google plus real life sharing rethought on web' for a second then it closes it self (the pop out window) not the youtube one. So I can't type or like whenever I do so it just pops up the window. ...can't do anything about it...any solution? is it only me?>

You will be able to comment when you link your channel with Google+

To link your youtube channel to Google+, go to your account settings
-http://www.youtube.com/account

-Click "Link channel with Google+." (next to your Avatar)
-Select a name
-Click Next
-Click OK
