Help build a facebook application?

I have no programming skills and I am looking for someone to help me design a simple gift service,where people send gifts inform of coupons which they redeem for real gifts.E.g When one sends a friend a beer he receives a coupon which he can show at a local bar and get a real beer.
The service will be local and limited to the particular city I am in.For a start its not a must it has a payment processing facility.Just something simple to send coupons.We can work as partners on a revenue sharing basis.The service has high potential asfromthe feedback from facebook users in my city.
