What do you think of my White DOMINICAN friend?

My friend is Dominican and he is kinda one of those social media wanted guy. He have many followers from different places but it seem like some white-english Americans females who aren't use to see many Dominicans always confused him for being just another "white english American" guy.
I know my friend is just a White Dominican. Just like a lot of Dominicans.
Like in D.R. where the population is:
27% White
59% Mulatos & Mestizos(mostly Mulatos) OR MIXES White/Black.
12% Black
2% Others.

Most of the White Dominican don't immigrate because they usually are much more economic stable, own big companies, mostly are doctors, engineers, own stores, own many houses, own lands, etc etc and they don't immigrate because of this.
Am Dominican too also & my dad is a White Dominican & My mom is a Mix Dominican.
According to recent genealogical testing the average Dominican is approximately 58.1% Caucasian, 35.2% African, and 6.4% Indigenous Amerindian

Did you know Mulatos are WHITE.. so in other words Most have white on them. I even show you the DNA study and you still in denial.
Beside why did you group all the Mestizos as White too?? There are 15% of Dominicans who have Taino Native ancestry.

You do know mulatos are black right? So in other words, DR is 91% black. Now Im not saying they are pitch black, but they are of mostly African origin.

Geeze really? Well im puerto rican and ive seen more white dominicans in my life than anything else, its not rare or surprising to see a white dominican really no big deal to me, dominicans do have spaniard blood and were colonized by spain so its not like all dominicans are black or brown. Most ive seen are white, wikipedia is bull crap please dont go there more its inaccurate.
