Why am I scared to post pictures of myself?

All my friends and family all take selfies and put them on Facebook,Instagram,Twitter.But I don't..i'm scared to but I don't know why...help

Im the same way! Its probably because youre a little insecure. Try taking a bunch of pictures and editing them the way you like; that way you have several options.

Remember you can always delete it, so don't freak yourself out.

You're just afraid of what people might think of you. You're afraid that people are going to say something about it. I'm confident in myself, I think I'm pretty but sometimes I would be afraid to post the picture because I feel like people have their own opinion, I may think that I'm pretty but does he/she? It's not about how much confidence you have, it's about what you think that other's think. In your head, you're thinking about others instead of being your confident self and forget about the others and just post the picture. It's good to just try. Post a picture every single day and see how life treats you and if everything seems normal then keep posting and not worry.
