How do I remove my name from Facebook where nobody can search for me?

I permanently deleted my Facebook account instead of just disabling it not realizing that people would still be able to type my name in the search box and have my name,profile and pictures come up. If I were to have disabled it no one would be able to search for me. I really need help because I DO NOT want anyone to be able to search for me and see anything personal on there. I have tried looking for help on Facebook's help center but I cannot find anything that will help me with this particular problem. Any help would be appreciated greatly. Thank you.

I'm not sure you can unless you contact Facebook and ask them to remove your details. That's why I never use Facebook, it's based on the opposite of anonymity and they won't let people use avatars or nicknames.

You Cant I Just Checked the Privacy Settings Looks Like they Updated it you Can Only Restrict Search By Email Address Or Phone Number if you Want to Do that Go to Privacy Settings and Under How i Connect you Can Do that
