Help with removing Quicknowledge!?

So i was downloading something and all of a sudden i start getting all these ads on google chrome so i go to my control panel and see quicknowledge and i unistall it but it wont go so i download this mlware software and i got it to uninstall from my control panel but when i go to my program files its still there like this ⤴ image and ever time i try to delete it it says cannot delete because program is open in quicknowledege service client. Idk what to do please help asap!
