Develop PHP App on Facebook?

I've knowledge in PHP, jQuery. But can you please help me to make a simple PHP app on Facebook where the user can

input 2 numbers in 2 different textbox and press a button to post the result on his wall
It 'll be great if you can post the code to upload a photo to the wall/timeline and also tag friends

My best guess is to check the facebook dev site.. theyl have the apis you need to complete this action. May i ask what kind of app you need this kind of functionality for ?
