Laptop keeps losing connection despite full wifi signal (5 bars)?
My laptop keeps losing internet connection even though my wifi signal is excellent. Every time this happens, I have to restart my laptop to get my internet connection back. It happens EVERYTIME I'm using my laptop! So it happens randomly like no specific time. Sometimes I'm just watching videos on YouTube then boom, I lost my connection and have to restart my laptop again. We have 5 laptops and 2 PCs here in our house and I'm the only one who is having this problem! Their laptops and PCs' internet connection are working fine and stable so it's not the router problem. Please can someone help me fix this problem?
@polar vortext no, it's not that. I'm using wireless connection.

Does this happen while your adapter is plugged into the computer? If so, the adapter could be the problem, often the silver part that plugs into the power jack on the side of your comp. Or it could be the power jack which can become a little loose and may need replacing. I had to replace my power jack because the computer would randomly turn off. But if this happens to you with just the battery and no adapter connected, then I can't say what it could be.
