How to uninstall ytblocker app from Google Chrome?

It says its installed by enterprise policy and I can't remove it. Its adding advertisements and is not something I directly installed. The image below shows what I see with developer mode on. I hope this can be removed, thank you!
Its not good, its adding unwanted advertisements and hasn't been a problem before.

hi i hope this helps open my computer and in the address bar at the top click and past this

C:\Users\craig\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions

but where in the above text it says craig that is my name you need to replace "craig" with your windows user name.

after doing this you will see a list of folders that look like they were named by 2 year old kids smashing the keyboard lol but in the pic you show us you can see the ID then a list of numbers you need to find the folder that matches the ID and get rid of that folder ... if its saying you cant remove it after that uninstall chrome then reinstall it and create a new google id/acount this will get rid of it ... if you find the steps above to hard il make a youtube video showing you how to JUST ask ... hope i helped
