Is the Ickl Fashion website real ?

icklfashion.com I found this website through instagram however, I am not sure if it is real. How can I assure myself that it is?

It's only 5 months old and sharing a file server with 23,440 other domain names, typically a sign of a small time operator.

Only giving a gmail contact address with no Phone# number or business address, only accepting paypal are other signs of some home base or totally fake business, they choose to use a paid proxy to conceal the real website registration owner info.

I am so disappointed in my experience with ICKL Fashion. I ordered a beautiful coat in crème color, and I received it in pink. They initially declined my request for a refund, however, when I escalated the claim to paypal, they ruled in my favor. I sent the item back, and it cost me 44.50 to ship it back to Hong Kong! They sent me an email stating that they will refund my purchase upon receipt and refund my shipping cost. I am wary of their trustworthiness, as I felt their initial response was unprofessional. They never apologized for the error, which was on their part. I will keep you posted as to whether or not they follow through!
