Help! Confusing ex boyfriend..?

I've dated my ex for 3 years and he broke up with me and now he's already dating?! It's been two months & he's been REALLY hot and cold with me. First wanting me back saying he's miserable then the next week hating me and avoiding me like the plague!
This past week he asked to go to a concert with me that he knew I was already going to and when I asked about his feelings towards me he would avoid giving me a straight up answer? Not even a "I don't love you anymore." We planned to talk in person about this & he told me that we'd talk that night. Then a couple hours later I got a message on my FB from his current girlfriend saying, "He has everything figured out and that he's in love with her".
I'm so confused. He's the one who wanted to come to this show with me & that he wanted to talk to me. But he got his gf to tell me he loves her instead of him telling me?! Is she a rebound?? What's going on? Is he still hurting over me?

I think he's hurt and confused himself. The fact he's not even admitting that he's not in love with you anymore is a sign. I think he got lonely and went after this girl but still has feelings for you. Don't listen to what his current girlfriend is saying because both you and her don't know what's going through his mind. If I were you, I'd avoid this ex until he comes around and says how he truly feels.
