Please be patient for few weeks or even months. first of all it depends what is you blog all about and what keywords you are targeting and how much traffic that keywords has. After that you just cannot expect to get traffic from just 3 posts. Write as much quality content as you can, develop a nice Facebook fan page, create a you tube page and yes meta tags really work.
