MEN-whats the best way to turn down a guy via FB...please read whole post?
There's a guy I went to college with who I saw around campus once in awhile but honestly didn't think much of him. (because I dont know him & we have never spoken in person).....About a yr ago he requested me on FB. I accepted the request because even though I don't know him personally; I recognized him from school.

About 2 months ago he messaged me asking how I was doing & he asked me if I remembered him from school (which was odd because we never actually spoke in person)...I told him I remember seeing him around. He then said that he should have introduced himself but he was too shy.
Now about a couple days ago he messaged me again asking how my new years was & saying how beautiful i am. I said thanks & then responded by asking him how his was (being polite).......Then he sent me another message asking for my number if possible, because he would love to hear my voice.

First off I don't trust guys. Secondly, Im not interested in dating anyone. Thirdly I dont usually give my number out over FB. Fourth, Im honestly not attracted to him but dont want to hurt his feelings or make up some lie/lame excuse...........How would you handle this?

What if I say something like "If you wanna talk as friends it's cool 555-9087" ...he's mutual friends with alot of folks i know in real life

Do NOT give him your #.You really do not know this guy at all,so un friend him, don't block him on FB.And just casually slow things down.IF he becomes more aggressive-BLOCK HIM.If he comes off as nice and moves slow perhaps later you could meet during the day for a coffee.
And make sure your # is blocked to all on FB so he doesn't get it from some one else accident.I have had both positive and night mare situations from old Friends on FB.Be careful and take care of YOU
