Need facebook game developer in China?

I have an idea about a game for Facebook. It's short, simple and funny. I want to make it and upload it for free for Facebook user. Unfortunately, I do not have any programming skills.

I'm looking for some individual or IT groups who can program this game for me. I will PAY for this. I live in Vietnam. We don't have many good GAME programmers and I think it's easier and cheaper to find in China.

I'm not a "game programmer", but its not beyond my skill. I'd feel inclined to, but I'm too lazy... And I'm not chinese.

If it's so simple and easy just use some easy program to develop it, like game maker.

If you want to make a game you can learn it you have to go to classes and take classes on programing and all that etc and than once you learn it you can make it
