What is this F. Scott Fitzgerald quote from?
" And in the end, we were all just humans...Drunk on the idea that love, only love, could heal our brokenness."

You will not find this quote in any of Fitzgerald’s literature because it isn’t there. It's a poem by Christopher Poindexter.

"There is a lot of Controversy going around tumblr and twitter that this poem was written by F. Scott Fitzgerald, but it was not. The Great Gatsby twitter account quoted it without my name on it and now everyone thinks he wrote it. He did not. He wrote many beautiful things, far more beautiful than I could ever write, but he did not write this. Had to clear this up!
So much love to you all.
- Christopher"
